Outdoor educators, Bill and Jaci Dvorak founded Dvorak Expeditions in 1985 in the scenic Arkansas River Valley of Colorado. As early pioneers of western whitewater river rafting in the Rocky Mountains, Dvorak Expeditions own the first outfitter license by the state of Colorado. Proud to be a family-run business, Dvorak’s river trips, float fishing trips, whitewater skills camp, and swift water rescue training programs, they are world-renowned adventures that have been featured in ESPN, National Geographic, the Chicago Tribune, travel books, and television specials.

The professional guides of Dvorak Expeditions are passionate about these rivers and making your experience safe, fun and exactly what you expect is a priority.  Dvorak Expeditions offer float and wade/walk fishing trips on some of the wildest and most productive Rainbow and Brown Trout fishing waters in the West on six rivers in Colorado and Wyoming including on those awarded “Gold Medal” status by the Colorado Division of  Parks & Wildlife, the Arkansas River and the Gunnison River Gorge as well as the San Miguel River.  “Blue Ribbon” water in Wyoming on the North Platte River for spring trips.
